Career Problem for Girl:

These days , our society has a new type of problem. Ofcourse this problem is for long term. Girls after graduation either from middle class family or small cities are mainly suffering this problem. Girls from these background are able to get the higher education now a days. But what after these education. Girls have anew passion to do job, the other big passion is to go out of their small family and small city. They are able to express the first problem to their friends relative and parents but they never express the second problem. Now the question is how big their passion is for new job? A big passion: U run behind everything that you will NOT be getting easily. This is applicable for every field every where. Girls are also craving for the job and they dont know the reason. Every girl I talk now a days have same problem, they need a job, they dont need anything else (as they say). This is creating the family problem. Its true that everybody wants to be independent but there should be a logic behind your every decision. There are many other important things n life. If getting those things does not look quite tough, it never means it is not important. This is going to create a huge problem in Indian society, no escape : no solution. As the problem or solution lies in a complex explanation: Indian perception, education, our traditional  girls position in the society and specially now a days the developing India which says something like this: "If you have the potential, you will get reward." But who knows what is the risk. 

A solution for Nokia to getback their kingdom

I am surprised ..How the hell could Nokia loose  its mobile market in India..Once a time almost everybody used to have a Nokia..Mobile meant Nokia..Nokia is loosing its market for whatever reason or technical , market ting reason. I guess the one policy could help Nokia regain its sinking kingdom. Nokia should imply give all Nokia user the offer to replace its old simple mobile with new latest smart mobile. If Nokia give the simple offer to exchange the new mobile with old one where customer gets the discount for his old mobile cost without any depreciation.  I bet almost all user will replace their mobile. Nokia has such a big base that its new mobile will be with every one because of its super service and battery. Actually I normal India does not actually care for android or Symbian or windows  whatever. They just care for the latest one with hyped product that's all. Nokia may have a some loss by this marketing policy but Nokia will regain its market. But small gain from big consumer base  is better than big gain from small consumer base. My Idea is Nokia will not be in loss as if it does not do something like that it is already going to be out of Indian market both from low/cheap market segment and costly market segment. Its better to try than to just die.

Hi..
After a long time of thinking , I am finally ready with new Blog. I had a observation that I observed a lot of things. I wanted to share many things with many of my friends or even stranger who did not know. Every time i think like sharing any thing the idea comes in my mind that everybody know ist , its obvious. But when i feel the problem I guess somebody could have given me idea, hint or any guidance. I made a lot of mistakes because i did not know,I donot want others to do the same. I have a view about India, politics, Indian fashion, study, future, technology..I want to express myself.
